After our initial consultation call, I typically send a scoped proposal within 1-2 business days. Once we agree on scope and terms, most projects can start within the same week. For urgent needs, same-day kickoffs are sometimes possible depending on my current workload.

It depends on the project. For an initial health check or consultation, view-only access to your AppSheet app configuration (not your actual data) is usually sufficient. For development work, I recommend working in a separate test environment with sample data whenever possible. When production access is needed, we establish clear security protocols including read-only permissions, NDA coverage, and time-limited access.

You'll receive practical recommendations you can implement right away, plus a clear assessment of whether a deeper engagement makes sense. There's no obligation to move forward—the goal is to provide genuine value and help you make an informed decision.
